The Reading Detectives is a book for children and supportive adults!
This new book contains a range of short stories and fictional interviews, some short, some longer, a few that are intriguing or weird! They can be read by a single reader, but they can also be used collaboratively, sharing the parts with a peer or supportive adult. The font size and spacing make it ideal for the text to be easily read. There are 10 fun, easy to read bitesize stories, followed by 10 more challenging stories for older children. All stories are illustrated and come with a key question to be solved.
The stories are also great for role play, assemblies or even to sharpen pupils’ listening and prediction skills when read aloud to a group or class.
